:)

There is so much history in Rome and Italy in general. It is neat to learn and get a bigger picture of things that have happened and about the world we live in. Humans have come a long way with their way of living and how we treat one another. There will always be hatred, abuse, opposition. We're told that in the plan, but the opposite is so true as well, love, peace, hope and I feel that so much. There is so much beauty, connection, simplicity to happiness if we allow it.

There were children's drawings from around the world about peace and connection.

The Winder gang! Everyone needs good friends
Diego showed us Rome at night, it's a beautiful city day at night. A street vendor tried to sell us roses. We told him no, so he gave them to us and said to keep them. We held onto them and walked away. As we were looking at the view, he came back up to us and told us that we needed to pay for the roses. We all looked at each other, the others gave back the flowers and I stood there looking at him. After we initially go the rose, about 5 minutes later, I broke the stem and put the flower into my hair. I didn't want to carry it. Well.... I guess I had to pay for it! haha learned another lesson today.

I had the opportunity to stay at Patron housing for a few days. There is such a peaceful feel and it was beautiful to wake up and walk 100 feet to the temple.
FHE! I love talking about the gospel and Come Follow Me each week with these people.

Bike riding with Abraham. Such good people here who are bettering their lives!
Street performers, a full on Italian Opera here! They were amazing.

The Ferry's. When Italians invite you to join them for dinner, they don't take no for an answer. Very delicious, the chicken was seasoned amazingly! I danced with this man a couple weeks ago at a concert. Italians love to sing and dance. Such a fun environment.
